  • Any misuse of the Platform, including submission of false or misleading information, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • LocalBima acts as an insurance broker and facilitates insurance policies offered by various insurers.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Any actions, omissions, or service deficiencies of third-party insurers;
    • Any delays or failures in claim settlement;
    • Any policy rejection or repudiation by the insurer.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalBima shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

  • Violation of these Terms may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, without prior notice.
  • We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our Platform for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Valsad, Gujarat.

10. AMENDMENTS

  • LocalBima reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
