Your Guide to the POSP Certification Test

Congratulations on completing your training! The next step to becoming a certified Localbima POSP agent is successfully passing your online certification exam. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful examination experience.

Before You Begin: Important Preparations

  • Complete Training
    Ensure you have successfully completed the mandatory 15-hour POSP training program provided by Localbima.
  • Stable Internet Connection
    Use a device (desktop, laptop, or smartphone) with a strong and stable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the exam.
  • Charged Device
    Make sure your device is fully charged or connected to a power source to prevent unexpected shutdowns.
  • Working Camera & Microphone
    Some sections may require camera and microphone access for proctoring purposes. Ensure they are functional.
  • Quiet Environment
    Choose a quiet, distraction-free environment where you can focus entirely on the exam.

During the Exam: Guidelines to Follow

  • Identity Verification
    You may be asked to show your Aadhaar Card or PAN Card for identity verification before starting the exam.
  • No External Assistance
    The exam is individual. Do not seek or accept any external help, use unauthorized materials, or communicate with others.
  • Time Limit
    Be mindful of the allotted time for the exam. A timer will be visible on your screen. Manage your time effectively.
  • Navigate Carefully
    Avoid navigating away from the exam window or refreshing the page, as this may lead to automatic submission or disqualification.
  • Read Questions Thoroughly
    Read each question carefully before selecting your answer. There will be no negative marking, so attempt all questions.

After the Exam: What's Next?

Once you submit your exam, your results will be processed. If you pass, you will receive your IRDAI-approved POSP license, allowing you to begin selling insurance policies immediately!

In case you don't clear it on the first attempt, don't worry! You can re-attempt the exam after a short waiting period.
